Drive to border. Get there about 2pm. The two fiat Roque Squadron teams are there, playing chess wit the locals. Willster and myself resort to vodka. Eventually barge our way to the front at about 5.45pm. Vaughn pops up and scrapes through in 20 minutes! Camp about 50km inside Mongolia, next to lovely river. Dog in the night.
